The Information Technology Help Desk is the first point of contact for all information technology questions and support. The IT Help Desk offers a wide range of services to promote student success and to meet the needs of Chadron State faculty and staff.
The IT Help Desk includes the supervisor, Kayla Kintz, and six student workers. Prior to beginning employment, the students undergo a “hands on” training that focuses on customer service and other IT related subjects.
- Issuing and/or resetting campus passwords
- Networking electronic devices
- Troubleshooting mobile devices
- Installing Office Suite
- Printing and copying
Normal IT Help Desk hours are:
- Monday – Thursday 7:30am – 7:30 pm
- Friday 7:30am – 4:30 pm
- Saturday Closed
- Sunday 1pm – 5pm
